Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University is a young university that has already established itself as a reliable educational institution not only for those wishing to obtain quality higher education according to European standards among the Ukrainian audience, but also among foreign citizens.

In 2016, Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University became the first medical university of the Mykolayiv region and achieved great prospects in this direction. Every year, according to the international UNESCO rating “Top-200 Ukraine”, the university is recognized as the best university in the Mykolayiv region. In recent years, according to the results of international recognition, the university ranked in the top 20 among the top 200 in Ukraine, ahead of many “grands” of Ukrainian higher education. Also, Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University is a member of the European University Association (EUA), the Magna Chartia Uneversitatum (MCU), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Medical Council of India (Medical Council of India (MCI)).

Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University attracts more and more students from other countries. The number of foreigners applying to our university is constantly increasing. Students from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, India, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, Colombia, Latvia, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and other countries study at the university. For 25 years of PMBSNU. More than 2,500 foreign students studied at Petro Mohyla. Foreign graduates of PMBSNU. Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University proved himself in the field of philology, computer science, international relations, economics, medicine, and jurisprudence. University teachers are highly qualified specialists, they have extensive experience in teaching foreign students.

The Black Sea National University has created all the conditions for the development of young professionals. The material base of the university includes 11 buildings, united in a single complex – the campus. The university has a library with a fund of 110,000 copies, including books in 15 languages. The library includes a season ticket and 2 reading rooms with a total of 300 seats. There is an Information and Computer Center and 14 computer classes. Now there are 500 modern computers at the university. In scientific laboratories, students can get acquainted with the acquired theoretical knowledge. The university clinic and medical center will always provide the student with qualified medical care. There are also 3 modern gyms, 2 gyms and a yacht, where students regularly go on ecological expeditions. For the comfort of students, there is a canteen and a cafe, an art gallery, where the best artists exhibit their works, a water base, an international relations department and a center for international cooperation.

The international activities of the department are aimed at promoting the adaptation of foreign citizens to new living and learning conditions. The department solves the whole complex of questions, namely a meeting at the airport, arrival to Mykolayiv and settlement in a hostel. Assistance in drawing up the necessary migration documents, registration. Execution of agreements for study and living in a dormitory, preparation of relevant orders. Assistance in organizing medical examinations and providing medical care to foreign students. Solving current household issues and monitoring compliance with the rules of living in a dormitory. Employees of the department conduct extracurricular organizational work with foreign students. In addition, employees of the department prepare admission documents for submission to the admissions committee of the university, draw up certificates and other documents for students, as well as assist in the nostrification of documents on education. Employees of the department have the necessary qualifications to perform the above work and speak several foreign languages. The department conducts career guidance work, maintains correspondence with potential students, prepares and sends appropriate invitations to study at the university.

In 2017 he graduated with honors from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, majoring in Social Work, has been receiving a master’s degree in the same specialty since September 2017. In 2015 he visited the Republic of Moldova and Bulgaria on a scientific visit.


Storcheus Svitlana Mykolaivna

Education and professional path:

In 2017 she received a bachelor’s degree in Specialty of Translation (English, German) at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. In 2019 she received a master’s degree in Philology, a teacher of English and German.

During her studies she participated in student exchange programs, participated in conferences and seminars.


Radchenko Olena Andriivna

Education and professional path:

In 2017, she received a bachelor’s degree from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University with a degree in Foreign Philology (English and French Language and Literature). During her studies she was published in the journal “Student Scientific Studies”, participated in international scientific and practical conferences. In 2019 she received a master’s degree from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University at the specialty “International Relations”.

Education and professional path:

In 2020 she received a bachelor’s degree from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, majoring in International Relations. From September 2020 she received a master’s degree in History and Archeology. During her studies she took an active part in international and regional conferences. Published in the collections “Mohyla Readings”, “Arkasiv Readings”, Interdisciplinary research: scientific horizons and perspectives: collection of scientific papers “SCIENTIA” with Proceedings of the I International Scientific and Theoretical Conference and others.


Kodochigova Elizaveta
a leading specialist in the international relations department

Education and professional path:

In 2008 she received a diploma with honors Bachelor of Cultural Studies at Mykolayiv branch of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. In 2009 she received a diploma with honors and received a full higher education in “Culturology” and qualified as a teacher-organizer of leisure at Mykolayiv branch of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. In 2011 she graduated from the Mykolayiv College of Culture and Arts with a degree in Choreography and qualified as the head of an amateur choreographic team. For years she studied English and Hindi. She has visited foreign countries and studied the culture and life of foreign countries in terms of culturology.
