2 та 9 квітня 2024 у межах реалізації грантової діяльності Erasmus+ European anti-corruption standards as a guarantee for the formation of civil society (Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства) провели лекційне та семінарське заняття курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні».
Слухачі курсу разом з кандидатом юридичних наук, доцентом Оленою Ткалею обговорили питання адаптації національного антикорупційного законодавства до надбань Європейського Союзу, проблеми та перспективи імплементації міжнародних стандартів у сфері запобігання корупції.
На семінарському занятті відбулася цікава зустріч із заступником начальника відділу розслідування злочинів у сфері господарської та службової діяльності СУ ГУНП в Миколаївській області капітаном поліції Пушкар Ганною Михайлівною. Були обговорені питання щодо особливостей кримінальної відповідальність за незаконне збагачення, посилення відповідальності за корупційні правопорушення та напрями імплементації міжнародно-правових стандартів щодо протидії корупції.
Також відбувалось обговорення ряду дискусійних питань щодо проблем імплементації міжнародних стандартів у сфері антикорупційної політики в Україні.
Заняття проходили з використанням платформи Zoom, щоб максимально долучити слухачів курсу до обговорення проблемних питань.
On 02.04.2024 and 09.04.2024, within the framework of the Erasmus+ grant activity European anti-corruption standards as a guarantee for the formation of civil society (European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee of Civil Society Development), a lecture and seminar session of the course “European anti-corruption standards and their implementation in Ukraine” were held.
The course participants, together with Olena Tkalya, PhD in Law, discussed the adaptation of national anti-corruption legislation to the achievements of the European Union, problems and prospects for the implementation of international standards in the field of corruption prevention.
During the seminar session, an interesting meeting was held with the Deputy Head of the Department for Investigation of Crimes in the Field of Economic and Official Activities of the Main Department of the Mykolaiv region Police, Police Captain Pushkar Anna. The issues discussed included the specifics of criminal liability for illicit enrichment, strengthening of liability for corruption offences and areas of implementation of international legal standards on combating corruption.
The participants also discussed a number of controversial issues related to the implementation of international standards in the field of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine.
Classes were held using the Zoom platform to engage the course participants in discussing problematic issues as much as possible.
