31 січня 2025 року відбулася перша лекція в рамках другого етапу реалізації курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні» для студентів проєкту «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства» («European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society»).
Ми ради вітати студентів Юридичного факультету (151-152 групи), Факультету політичних наук (спеціальність «Середня освіта (історія та громадянська освіта)», 133 група), Навчально-наукового медичного інституту (спеціальність 053 «Психологія», групи 165 та 166), Навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти (спеціальність 081 «Право», група 151з) та студентів Факультету комп’ютерних наук, групи 108, 109).
Кількість учасників цього року становила 128 слухачів.
Тема першої лекції – «Основні теоретико-правові підходи до розуміння поняття «корупція» як транснаціональної проблеми», на якій розкрили питання: поняття «корупції» та методи протидії корупції в міжнародних та європейських актах; становлення законодавства щодо протидії корупції в Україні в сучасний період; поняття, ознаки, види та причини корупції в Україні.
Кандидат юридичних наук, доцент Оксана Валецька як координатор проєкту познайомила студентів із тематикою курсу, видами практичних робіт, компетентностями, які повинні бути сформовані по завершенню та представила членів команди проєкту.
На першій зустрічі ввели вступне тестування з метою виявлення рівня володіння знаннями щодо запобігання корупції та корекції програми курсу.
On 31 January, the first lecture of the second stage of the course ‘Anti-Corruption European Standards and their Implementation in Ukraine’ was held for students of the project ‘Anti-Corruption European Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society’. We are pleased to welcome students of the Faculty of Law (groups 151-152), the Faculty of Political Science (speciality ‘Secondary Education (History and Civic Education)’, group 133), the Educational and Research Medical Institute (speciality 053 ‘Psychology’) – groups 165 and 166, the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education (speciality 081 ‘Law’ (group 151h) and students of groups 108, 109 of the Faculty of Computer Science. The number of participants this year was 128. The first lecture was entitled ‘Basic theoretical and legal approaches to understanding the concept of “corruption” as a transnational problem’, and covered the following issues: the concept of ‘corruption’ and methods of anti-corruption in international and European acts; the formation of legislation on combating corruption in Ukraine in the present period; the concept, signs, types and causes of corruption in Ukraine. Valetska O.V. as the project coordinator introduced the students to the course topics, types of practical work, competencies to be formed upon completion, and introduced the project team members. At the first meeting, an entrance test was conducted to determine the level of knowledge on corruption prevention and to adjust the course programme.
