Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University keeps numerous international ties between Universities and due to this fact it has the reputation of one of the best high educational establishments in the south of Ukraine.

In the terms of the visit to the University of Economy in Bydhoshchi (19-21 April), the delegation from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University lead by the vice principal on scientific work discussed the opportunity for project collaboration between the universities.

During the meetings with the polish colleagues and with the management of the University of Economy (Kryshtof Sikora – the president, Filip Sikora – the chancellor of the University) they have agreed on several projects for the future in order to continue to develop collaboration between the Universities which encourage the strengthening of Polish-Ukrainian relations.

Besides the question of summer schools realization for students and scientists exchange between Universities was considered. As the sign of acceptance of collaboration priorities’, the possibility to create the International Education Centre at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. At the end of the meeting, an agreement on collaboration between our Universities was signed.

The university of Economy in Bydhoshchi (Instytut Gospodarki Turystycznej i Geografii WSG) is one of the main non-state high educational establishments in the north of Poland that suggests 19 directions of studying and more than 80 specialties, and more than 80 directions for advanced training. Approximately 9000 students from Poland and from abroad study here. Because of that, the collaboration between Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University (one of the best high educational establishments in Ukraine) and this educational establishment is the guaranty of Ukraine and Poland scientific and cultural approaching.

Organizing committee of the 1st International Workshop on Information-Communication Technologies & Embedded Systems (ICT&ES-2019) is honored to announce that the event will be held on 14-15 of November, 2019 at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.
ICT&ES sets a goal to serve as a platform for publishing research results, sharing findings with other researchers, and development of collaborations between scientists. With active tremendous pace of technologies development, ICT&ES concentrates on development of models and methods in context of modern technologies and concepts
