Evtushenko Oleksandr Nykyforovych – Head of the Chair, Dr.Sc. in Policy, Professor. Research interests: Public Power, State Power and Local Self-Government, Territorial Organization of Power, Territorial Community, the Territorial Institutions of State Power and Local Self-Government, Political Thought in the second half of the nineteenth century, the History of the Zemstvo in Ukraine.

 

Soroka Svitlana Viktorivna – Dr.Sc. in Public Administration, Professor of the Chair. Research interests: Public Administration in the Countries of the European Union, the Mechanisms of Interaction of Public Authorities, the Methodology of Public Management and Administration. Research interests: Ethnopolitology, Ethnic Globalization, Globalization, Ethno-Political Processes, Global Governance.

 

Andriyash Viktoriia Ivanivna – PhD in Policy, associate Professor.

 

Tymofeev Serhiy Pavlovych – PhD in Public Administration, associate Professor. Research interests: Mechanisms of interaction of the Public with Administrative Authorities, Public Administration of Ethnonational Relationships, Mechanisms of Regulation of Ethnonational Relations, the State Ethnonational Policy, the Problematic Issues of Modern Society.

Ibragimova Anastasiya Alimivna – PhD in Public Administration, lecturer. Research interests: Local Government Reform; Decentralization of Public Authorities; the Formation of Capable Territorial Communities; Development of the Resource Base of Self-sufficient Territorial Communities; the Interaction of Local Authorities with the Public and Public Authorities.

Organizing committee of the 1st International Workshop on Information-Communication Technologies & Embedded Systems (ICT&ES-2019) is honored to announce that the event will be held on 14-15 of November, 2019 at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.
ICT&ES sets a goal to serve as a platform for publishing research results, sharing findings with other researchers, and development of collaborations between scientists. Olbian Forum – 2018

PMBSNU is pleased to invite you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Olbian Forum-2018: Strategies of the Black Sea Region in the Geopolitical Space,” which will take place on June 7-10, 2018 (Koblevo village, Mykolaiv Oblast, Ukraine).
