At the support of the Embassy of the USA in Ukraine, the Fulbright Program visited our University with the presentation of workshop training on writing publications and articles in the international publications. The event took place in the library of The Institute of Philology.
Collaboration with international organizations is a very pleasant bonus for those who study at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. At the beginning of the presentation, Marta Kolomiiets, the director of the Fulbright Program, rose to speak. She told about the possibilities that the program gives and about cooperation with students.
Then Leonid Klymenko, the principal of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, rose to speak. Speakers said about the main stages of the publication process, about the differences in text structuring in English and Ukrainian, and about contemporary challenges of scientometrics. Among speakers were Iryna Tykhonova, Oleksandr Pronkevych, Melani Grathem, Tetiana Yaroshenko, Inna Barysh and Yurii Kondratenko.
Also, they presented the contests for getting a Fulbright scholarship. Senior students, graduates of high educational establishments, lecturers, Ph.Ds. and Doctors of Sciences, journalists. The application deadline is mentioned on the website with academic exchange programs.
