02.04.2026 та 16.04.2026 в межах реалізації грантової діяльності Erasmus+ European anti-corruption standards as a guarantee for the formation of civil society (Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства) були проведенні лекційне та семінарське заняття курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні».
На лекційному занятті було зроблено акцент на проблемах євроінтеграційної політики України та особливостях імплементації як способу здійснення та виконання державою міжнародно-правових норм. Слухачі курсу разом з к.ю.н., доцентом Ткалею Оленою обговорили питання адаптації національного антикорупційного законодавства до надбань Європейського Союзу, проблеми та перспективи імплементації міжнародних стандартів у сфері запобігання корупції.
Спікером семінару-тренінгу був Старший слідчий в особливо важливих справах Слідчого управління ГУНП в Миколаївській області майор поліції Бахтій Олег Олегович, випускник Юридичного факультету ЧНУ ім..Петра Могили. Били обговорені питання щодо особливостей кримінальної відповідальність за корупційні правопорушення та напрями імплементації міжнародно-правових стандартів щодо протидії корупції. В рамках обговорення ряду проблемних питань щодо імплементації міжнародних стандартів у сфері антикорупційної діяльності правоохоронних органів, студенти долучились до дискусії. На якій одна група студентів представляла всі проблеми запровадження таких стандартів, неможливість швидкого їх запровадження, а інша група – визначала можливості їх запровадження та пропонувала шляхи реформування вітчизняного законодавства відповідно до цих стандартів. З метою кращого засвоєння матеріалу та набуття практичних навичок відбулась робота в малих групах щодо аналізу практичних ситуацій та моделювання поведінки.
Заняття проходили з використанням платформи Zoom, щоб максимально долучити слухачів курсу до обговорення проблемних питань.
On April 2, 2026, and April 16, 2026, as part of the Erasmus+ grant project “European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society” lectures and seminars were delivered as part of the course “European Anti-Corruption Standards and Their Implementation in Ukraine.”
The lecture focused on the challenges of Ukraine’s European integration policy and the specifics of implementation as a means for the state to enforce and comply with international legal norms. Course participants, together with Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor Olena Tkalia, discussed the adaptation of national anti-corruption legislation to the norms of the European Union, as well as the challenges and prospects of implementing international standards in the field of corruption prevention.
The speaker at the training seminar was Police Major Oleg Olegovich Bakhtiy, a senior investigating officer for particularly important cases at the Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Mykolaiv Oblast and a graduate of the Law Faculty of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. The participants discussed issues related to the specifics of criminal liability for corruption offenses and the directions for implementing international legal standards on combating corruption. As part of the discussion on a number of problematic issues regarding the implementation of international standards in the field of anti-corruption activities by law enforcement agencies, students joined the debate. In this discussion, one group of students presented all the challenges of implementing such standards and the impossibility of their rapid implementation, while another group identified opportunities for their implementation and proposed ways to reform domestic legislation in accordance with these standards. To facilitate better understanding of the material and the acquisition of practical skills, small-group work was conducted to analyze practical situations and simulate behavior.
The sessions were held using the Zoom platform to maximize student engagement in the discussion of key issues.
