Останнім часом я все частіше задумуюся над тим, як саме ми, студенти, можемо впливати на трансформацію нашої держави, і нещодавній досвід дав мені чітку відповідь на це питання. Моя подорож у тему прозорості розпочалася з участі у проєкті «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства» в рамках програми Еразмус+, що проводився у стінах мого рідного Чорноморського національного університету імені Петра Могили. Під фаховим керівництвом Валецької О. В., Ткалі О. В. та Каплій О. В. я не тільки отримала теоретичні знання, а по-справжньому зацікавилася впровадженням стандартів доброчесності у правову та академічну сфери українського суспільства, адже саме ці фундаменти визначають якість нашого життя. Це натхнення привело мене та ще двох представниць 3 курсу, які також успішно пройшли навчання у проєкті представленому ЧНУ ім. Петра Могили, до участі у масштабному Форумі доброчесності. Захід був організований ГО «Українська спільнота свободи і права» за підтримки Антикорупційної ініціативи ЄС (EUACI) та проходив у надихаючій атмосфері Українського католицького університету. Програма форуму була надзвичайно насиченою: ми відвідали дискусійні панелі, де представники УКУ, Міністерства освіти і науки України, студентського самоврядування та EUACI обговорювали стратегії боротьби з корупцією. Особливо запам’ятався антикорупційний квіз, який провів для нас Керівник Відкритого Офісу НАБУ Андрій Міщук, а також практичний воркшоп від НАБУ та NGL.media, де ми опанували інструменти моніторингу за допомогою OSINT-рішень. Спілкуючись із моїми колегами, студентками 3 курсу, ми дійшли спільного висновку, що доброчесність — це не просто відсутність порушень, а внутрішній компас кожної освіченої людини, і вони наголосили, що саме через такі проєкти формується нове покоління правників, які не припускають компромісів із совістю. Важливо, що ця естафета передається далі, адже студентка 1 курсу, яка зараз опановує цей же курс у ЧНУ ім. Петра Могили, поділилася зі мною своїми враженнями, зазначивши, що для неї навчання стало відкриттям того, наскільки глибоко європейські стандарти можуть змінити нашу повсякденну академічну культуру вже сьогодні. Весь цей досвід остаточно переконав мене у важливості подальшого розвитку теми антикорупції та доброчесності в Україні, адже без них неможливе справжнє громадянське суспільство. Я щиро вдячна за те, що саме участь у проєкті «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства» в рамках програми Еразмус+ у ЧНУ імені Петра Могили допомогла мені це усвідомити та визначити вектор мого подальшого професійного та громадянського розвитку.

Участь у проєкті Erasmus+ та Форумі доброчесності стала для мене потужним ціннісним орієнтиром, що дозволив поєднати європейські антикорупційні стандарти з реальними практичними навичками OSINT. Щиро вдячна керівникам та організаторам за цей досвід, який остаточно сформував мій вектор розвитку як майбутнього правника та свідомого громадянина.

Навчання в межах програми Еразмус+ у ЧНУ імені Петра Могили та участь у Форумі доброчесності дали мені не лише глибокі теоретичні знання, а й практичні навички боротьби з корупцією та розвитку доброчесності. Цей досвід став важливим вектором для подальшого розвитку та розуміння важливості розбудови громадянського суспільства на основі європейських стандартів.

Для мене як для студентки першого курсу участь у цьому проєкті стала важливим стартом у професійному житті. Курс «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти» у нашому університеті допоміг усвідомити, що доброчесність – це фундамент нашої майбутньої кар’єри. Форум в УКУ став ідеальним практичним доповненням: воркшопи від НАБУ та знайомство з провідними експертами довели, що ми маємо реальні інструменти для змін. Тепер я точно знаю, що кожен мій крок в академічному середовищі має відповідати цим стандартам, адже саме з нашої чесності сьогодні починається прозоре майбутнє України.

Lately, I’ve been thinking more and more about how we, as students, can influence the transformation of our country, and a recent experience has given me a clear answer to that question. My journey into the topic of transparency began with my participation in the project ‘European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society’ as part of the Erasmus+ programme, which took place at my home university, the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. Under the expert guidance of O. V. Valetska, O. V. Tkali and O. V. Kaplii, I not only gained theoretical knowledge but also developed a genuine interest in the implementation of integrity standards in the legal and academic spheres of Ukrainian society, as it is precisely these foundations that determine the quality of our lives. This inspiration led me and two other third-year students, who had also successfully completed the training programme at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, to take part in a large-scale Integrity Forum. The event was organised by the NGO ‘Ukrainian Community of Freedom and Law’ with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) and took place in the inspiring atmosphere of the Ukrainian Catholic University. The forum’s programme was extremely packed: we attended discussion panels where representatives from the UCU, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the student council and EUACI discussed strategies for combating corruption. I particularly remember the anti-corruption quiz led by Andrii Mishchuk, Head of the NABU Open Office, as well as the practical workshop organised by NABU and NGL.media, where we learnt how to use monitoring tools via OSINT solutions. Talking with my colleagues, third-year students, we came to the joint conclusion that integrity is not merely the absence of violations, but the inner compass of every educated person, and they emphasised that it is through such projects that a new generation of lawyers is being shaped, who will not compromise their conscience. It is important that this baton is passed on, as a first-year student currently taking the same course at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University shared her impressions with me, noting that for her, the course had been a revelation of just how profoundly European standards can transform our everyday academic culture even today. This whole experience has finally convinced me of the importance of further developing the themes of anti-corruption and integrity in Ukraine, as without them a true civil society is impossible. I am sincerely grateful that it was my participation in the project ‘European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society’ under the Erasmus+ programme at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University that helped me realise this and determine the direction of my future professional and civic development.

I am sincerely grateful to the leaders and organisers for this experience, which has definitively shaped my path as a future lawyer and conscientious citizen.”
Viktoria Ignatenko, a third-year student at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, also shares her thoughts on the course: “Studying as part of the Erasmus+ programme at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University and participating in the Integrity Forum gave me not only in-depth theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in combating corruption and promoting integrity. This experience has become a key driver for my further development and for understanding the importance of building a civil society based on European standards.”
Viktoria Ivanova, a first-year student at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University who is completing the course, shared an interesting insight: “For me, as a first-year student, taking part in this project has been an important start to my professional life. The ‘European Anti-Corruption Standards’ course at our university helped me realise that integrity is the foundation of our future careers. The forum at UCU was the perfect practical complement: workshops run by NABU and meeting leading experts proved that we have real tools for change. Now I know for certain that every step I take in the academic environment must meet these standards, because it is our integrity today that paves the way for a transparent future for Ukraine.”
