Last week, in Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, it was hosted the event awaited not only by students but by the university administration as well. PMBSNU was visited by a military attaché in Ukraine, Captain 2nd rank, Hans Petter Midttun, who conducted a ceremony for awarding international certificates of training to a group of retired soldiers of the Armed Forces under the “Ukraine-Norway” Project. The current three-month course entitled “Practical Web Design: Design, creation and maintenance of a web-node”, has been aimed to promote professional development and employment of personnel and their families.
The event provided not only “mini-convocation” of the graduates, but a dialogue between the heads of the University and the military attaché of future work and the prospects for future cooperation of PMBSNU and the Royal Norwegian Embassy.
The main partners and organizers of the project were the followings: the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Ukraine, ICF “International Foundation for Social Adaptation” (Kyiv), a charitable organization “Conversion of military personnel” (Mykolayiv), and Petro Mohyla BSNU.
