19 березня для слухачів курсу кандидатка юридичних наук, доцентка Олена Валецька провела лекцію на тему «Європейські інституції протидії корупції». Було висвітлено питання повноважень Європейського бюро з боротьби з шахрайством, GRECO, Євроюсту, Європолу та Європейської прокуратури, а також проаналізовано законодавчу базу запобігання та протидії корупції. Теоретичний матеріал поєднувався з практичними прикладами. На лекцію була запрошена експертка Міжнародної організації «Антикорупційна ініціатива ЄС» Ольга Колодочка, яка ознайомила студентів із напрямами діяльності організації та разом зі слухачами розглядала кейси щодо розслідувань європейських і вітчизняних антикорупційних інституцій.
26 березня відбувся інтерактивний семінар з елементами тренінгу. До заходу була залучена провідна спеціалістка відділення НСПП у Миколаївській області Людмила Яковлєва, яка ознайомила слухачів із антикорупційною програмою державних структур та визначила практичні аспекти протидії корупції в органах влади. Також відбулася зустріч із головою ГО «Захист від корупційних проявів», адвокаткою Вікторією Кур’ян. Пані Вікторія поділилася досвідом протидії корупції у професійній сфері та повсякденному житті, наголосила на важливості нульової толерантності до корупційних проявів. Разом зі студентами вона аналізувала матеріали окремих звернень, розглядала практичні ситуації та варіанти їх вирішення. Семінар проходив у форматі онлайн із використанням платформи ZOOM, що дало можливість приєднатися всім учасникам курсу.
On March 19, Associate Professor O.V. Valetska, Ph.D. in Law, delivered a lecture to the course participants on the topic: “European Anti-Corruption Institutions.” The lecture covered the powers of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), GRECO, Eurojust, Europol, and the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, and analyzed the legal framework for combating and preventing corruption. Theoretical material was combined with practical examples. The lecture featured a guest speaker–Olga Kolodochka, an expert from the international organization “EU Anti-Corruption Initiative”–who introduced students to the organization’s activities in the field of combating and preventing corruption. Together with the students, she analyzed case studies regarding investigations by European anti-corruption institutions and domestic anti-corruption agencies.
On March 26, an interesting event took place–an interactive seminar with a training component. Lyudmila Yakovleva, a leading specialist from the NMCS branch in the Mykolaiv region, was invited to the event. She familiarized the course participants with the Anti-Corruption Program for government agencies and outlined practical aspects of combating corruption within government bodies. The seminar also featured a meeting with a guest speaker–Viktoria Kurian, head of the NGO “Protection Against Corruption” and a lawyer. Ms. Kurian shared her extensive experience in combating and preventing corruption not only in the professional sphere but also in everyday life, the ability to defend one’s rights, and the importance of zero tolerance for corruption.Together with her, the students reviewed materials from specific appeals, analyzed practical scenarios, and explored possible solutions to case studies. There were many questions from the students regarding the practical implementation of a civil society organization’s tasks in the field of anti-corruption activities. The seminar was held via Zoom to allow all course participants to join.
