History of the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education began in December 2002. Today the activity of department covers the following areas as advanced training, retraining (second higher education) and part-time education. Infrastructure of Institute includes university library serving, computer and information centers, 34 university departments. They contain more than 388 teachers including 10 – Honored Workers of Science and Technique of Ukraine, 62 – doctors of science, 50 – professors, 168 – PhD, 124 – associate professors, senior lecturers, teaching staff.
