З метою контролю ефективності реалізації проекту та визначення рівня набутих знань, вмінь та навичок слухачів було проведено зріз знань по завершенню курсу.
За результатами залікового тестування студенти показали суттєве зростання рівня обізнаності та поглиблення знань та вмінь щодо положень антикорупційного законодавства, норм європейських стандартів і механізмів запобігання та протидії корупції. А саме, понад 24% слухачів показали високий результат, 59,8 % – достатній, 15,7 % задовільний рівень. Даний показник відображає підвищення поінформованості про основні засад антикорупційної діяльності держави, суттєве підвищення рівня обізнаності щодо реформ в державі на підставі європейського досвіду, які спрямовані на запобігання корупції, подолання наслідків вже здійснених корупційних правопорушень, профілактика таких правопорушень у майбутньому у студентів, як результат опанування курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні». Певні складності серед слухачів викликали питання щодо кваліфікації корупційних діянь. Ці знання вони зможуть поглибити на старших курсах.
Показники тестування дають можливість отримати слухачам СЕРТИФІКАТИ про успішне закінчення курсу.
In order to monitor the effectiveness of the project and determine the level of knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by the participants, a knowledge assessment was conducted at the end of the course.
The results of the final test showed that students had significantly increased their awareness and deepened their knowledge and skills regarding the provisions of anti-corruption legislation, European standards and mechanisms for preventing and combating corruption. Specifically, over 24% of students achieved high results, 59.8% achieved a sufficient level, and 15.7% achieved a pass level. This indicator reflects an increase in awareness of the basic principles of the state’s anti-corruption activities, a significant increase in awareness of reforms in the state based on European experience aimed at preventing corruption, overcoming the consequences of corruption offences already committed, and preventing such offences in the future among students as a result of completing the course ‘European anti-corruption standards and their implementation in Ukraine’. Students had some difficulties with questions regarding the classification of corrupt acts. They will be able to deepen their knowledge in this area in the upper years of their studies.
Test results enable students to obtain CERTIFICATES of successful completion of the course.
