25 лютого та 4 березня 2025 року продовжили роботу в рамках другого етапу реалізації курсу «Антикорупційні європецйські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні» за проєктом ЄС Еразмус+ European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society.
Слухачі курсу разом з кандидаткою юридичних наук, доценткою Оленою Ткалею обговорили питання політики ЄС щодо запобігання корупції, її антикорупційні принципи та стандарти, особливості міжнародного співробітництва Європейського Союзу у сфері запобігання та протидії корупції. Крім, того відбувалось обговорення ряду дискусійних питань щодо проблем правових засад Антикорупційних стандартів ЄС в сучасній міжнародній політиці.
Семінарське заняття провели з елементами інтерактивної гри-дискусії, на якій одна група студентів представляла всі проблеми запровадження таких стандартів, неможливість швидкого їх запровадження, а інша група – визначала можливості їх запровадження та пропонувала шляхи реформування вітчизняного законодавства відповідно до цих стандартів. Слухачі також долучились до інтерактивної гри «Антикорупційний крокодил».
Заняття проходили з використанням платформи Zoom.
On 25.02.2025 and 04.03.2025, the work continued within the second stage of the course ‘Anti-Corruption European Standards and their Implementation in Ukraine’ under the EU Erasmus+ project Anti-Corruption European Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society.
The course participants, together with Olena Tkalya, PhD in Law, Associate Professor, discussed the EU’s anti-corruption policy, its anti-corruption principles and standards, and the specifics of the EU’s international cooperation in preventing and combating corruption. In addition, a number of controversial issues were discussed regarding the problems of the legal basis of the EU anti-corruption standards in modern international politics.
The seminar was conducted with elements of an interactive game-discussion, where one group of students presented all the problems of implementing such standards, the impossibility of their rapid implementation, and the other group identified the possibilities of their implementation and proposed ways to reform domestic legislation in accordance with these standards. The students also joined the interactive game ‘Anti-Corruption Crocodile. ’
The classes were held using the Zoom platform.
