19 травня 2025 року на юридичному факультеті ЧНУ імені Петра Могили в рамках реалізації проєкту «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства» («European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society») для слухачів курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні» провели гостьову лекцію на тему: «Європейські стандарти участі громадськості в запобіганні корупції. Захист викривачів. Академічна доброчесність. Механізм участі громадських організацій у запобіганні корупції на прикладі ГО «Антикорупційний штаб».
Гостьовим лектором стала Євгенія Вірлич, заступниця Голови правління ГО «Антикорупційний штаб», головна редакторка онлайн-видання «Кавун. City», аспірантка кафедри історії ЧНУ імені Петра Могили.
Пані Євгенія розповіла про особливості механізму участі громадських організацій у запобіганні корупції, поділилася своїм досвідом в координації та керівництві проєктами організації, аналітикою, пов’язаною з бюджетними коштами, а від нещодавна – процесами, пов’язаними з відновленням культурної інфраструктури після воєнних злочинів росіян.
On 19 May 2025, an interesting guest lecture on ‘European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee for the Formation of Civil Society’ was held at the Law Faculty of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University for the students of the “European Anti-Corruption Standards and their Implementation in Ukraine” course. The Theme of the lecture was “European Standards of Public Participation in Preventing Corruption. Protection of Whistleblowers. Academic Integrity. The Mechanism of Participation of Civil Society Organisations in Preventing Corruption on the Example of the NGO ‘Anti-Corruption Headquarters’. The guest lecturer was Yevheniia Virlych, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NGO Anti-Corruption Headquarters, editor-in-chief of the online media outlet “Watermelon. City”, PhD student at the Department of History of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. Yevheniia spoke about the peculiarities of participation mechanism of NGOs in preventing corruption, shared her experience in coordinating and managing the organisation’s projects, analytics related to budgetary funds, and, more recently, the processes related to the restoration of cultural infrastructure after the of the russians war crimes.
