28 березня та 18 квітня 2025 року в межах реалізації грантової діяльності Erasmus+ European anti-corruption standards as a guarantee for the formation of civil society (Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства) були проведенні лекційне та семінарське заняття курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні».
Слухачі курсу разом з кандидатом юридичних наук, доцентом Оленою Ткалею обговорили питання адаптації національного антикорупційного законодавства до надбань Європейського Союзу, проблеми та перспективи імплементації міжнародних стандартів у сфері запобігання корупції.
Семінар-тренінг відбувся зі спікером капітаном поліції Ганною Пушкар, заступником начальника відділу розслідування злочинів у сфері господарської та службової діяльності СУ ГУНП в Миколаївській області. Були обговорені питання щодо особливостей кримінальної відповідальність за незаконне збагачення, посилення відповідальності за корупційні правопорушення та напрями імплементації міжнародно-правових стандартів щодо протидії корупції.
Також відбувалось обговорення ряду дискусійних питань з елементами інтерактивної гри щодо проблем імплементації міжнародних стандартів у сфері антикорупційної політики в Україні. На якій одна група студентів представляла всі проблеми запровадження таких стандартів, неможливість швидкого їх запровадження, а інша група – визначала можливості їх запровадження та пропонувала шляхи реформування вітчизняного законодавства відповідно до цих стандартів.
Заняття проходили з використанням платформи Zoom, щоб максимально долучити слухачів курсу до обговорення проблемних питань.
On 28.03.2025 and 18.04.2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ grant activity “European anti-corruption standards as a guarantee for the formation of civil society”, a lecture and workshop on the course “European anti-corruption standards and their implementation in Ukraine” were held.
The course participants, together with Olena Tkalia, PhD in Law, discussed the adaptation of national anti-corruption legislation to the achievements of the European Union, problems and prospects for the implementation of international standards in the field of corruption prevention.
The workshop was attended by the speaker, Police Captain Pushkar Anna Mykhailivna, Deputy Head of the Department for Investigation of Crimes in the Field of Economic and Official Activities of the Main Department of the National Police in Mykolaiv Oblast. The participants discussed the specifics of criminal liability for illicit enrichment, increased liability for corruption offences and the areas of implementation of international legal standards on combating corruption.
A number of issues were also discussed with elements of an interactive game on the problems of implementing international standards in the field of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine. One group of students presented all the problems of implementing such standards, the impossibility of their rapid implementation, and the other group identified the possibilities of their implementation and proposed ways to reform domestic legislation in accordance with these standards.
Classes were held using the Zoom platform to involve the course participants in the discussion of problematic issues as much as possible.
