16 та 26 квітня 2024 року були проведені лекційне та семінарське заняття курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні» на тему: «Антикорупційна політика України: стратегія та основні напрямки реалізації. Суб’єкти запобігання та протидії».
Слухачі курсу разом кандидаткою юридичних наук, доценткою Оленою Каплій обговорили питання антикорупційної політики України, антикорупційну стратегію 2021 – 2025 рр., державну антикорупційну програму України на 2023 – 2025 рр., механізм та комплекс заходів запобігання корупції, коло осіб на яких воно поширюється та суб’єктів протидії корупції.
На семінарському занятті курсу відбулася цікава гостьова зустріч студентів з радником Державного агентства відновлення та розвитку інфраструктури України з питань реалізації антикорупційної політики Курилець Олександром Олеговичем. Під час зустрічі були обговорені питання щодо ролі інституту викривання в розбудові доброчесного суспільства та запобігання корупції в країні в цілому та в конкретньому органі. Також питання правових гарантій захисту прав і законних інтересів викривачів корупції та забезпечення безпеки осіб, які надають допомогу в запобіганні і протидії корупції.
Цікаві кейси від лектора спонукали студентів до жвавої дискусії в аудиторії, також практично було розглянуто порядок повідомлення викривача через Портал викривачів, роботу якого було започатковано у вересні 2023 року.
Заняття проходили з використанням платформи Zoom, щоб максимально залучити всіх учасників цього курсу активно спілкуватися із запрошеним гостем .
Guest meeting of law students with the adviser of the State Agency for the Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine on the implementation of anti-corruption policy
On 16 and 26 April, …… a lecture and seminar session of the course … “Anti-Corruption European Standards and their Implementation in Ukraine” was held on the topic: “Anti-Corruption Policy of Ukraine: Strategy and Main Directions of Implementation. Subjects of prevention and counteraction”.
The course participants together with PhD, associate prof. Kaplii Olena discussed the issues of anti-corruption policy of Ukraine, the anti-corruption strategy for 2021-2025, the state anti-corruption programme of Ukraine for 2023-2025, the mechanism and set of measures to prevent corruption, the range of persons to whom it applies and the subjects of combating corruption.
During the seminar session of the course, students had an interesting guest meeting with Oleksandr Olehovych Kurylets, Advisor of the State Agency for the Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine on the implementation of anti-corruption policy. During the meeting, they discussed the role of the whistleblowing institution in building a virtuous society and preventing corruption in the country as a whole and in a particular body. Also, the issue of legal guarantees for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of corruption whistleblowers and ensuring the safety of persons assisting in preventing and combating corruption.
Interesting cases from the lecturer encouraged students to engage in a lively discussion in the classroom, and the procedure for reporting a whistleblower through the Whistleblower Portal, which was launched in September 2013, was also practically considered.
Classes were held using the Zoom platform to maximise the involvement of all course participants in actively communicating with the guest.
