Антикорупційні європейські стандарти: початок третього року реалізації курсу

5 лютого 2026 року відбулася перша лекція третього року реалізації курсу «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти та їх запровадження в Україні». Проєкт здійснюється в межах гранту «Антикорупційні європейські стандарти як запорука формування громадянського суспільства» за програмою Erasmus+ (напрям ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH).

З вітальним словом до учасників звернувся декан Юридичного факультету, кандидат юридичних наук, доцент Дмитро Січко. Як депутат Миколаївської міської ради він розповів про антикорупційні засади діяльності міської ради, приклади співпраці з Данією у цьому напрямі та нові підходи до кадрової політики.

У лекції взяли участь студенти першого курсу факультетів: Юридичного, Комп’ютерних наук, Економічних наук, Політичних наук, а також Навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти. Загалом було присутньо 101 учасник, частина з яких долучилася онлайн через платформу ZOOM.

Лекторка – кандидат юридичних наук, доцент Ольга Валецька – представила програму факультативу та окреслила тематику курсу.

Тема першої лекції – «Основні теоретико-правові підходи до розуміння поняття “корупція” як транснаціональної проблеми». У межах заняття було розглянуто такі питання:

• поняття корупції та методи протидії їй у міжнародних та європейських актах;
• становлення законодавства щодо протидії корупції в Україні у сучасний період;
• поняття, ознаки, види та причини корупції в Україні.

On 5 February 2026, the first lecture of the course “European Anti-Corruption Standards and Their Implementation in Ukraine” was held. This marks the third year of its implementation as part of the grant “European Anti-Corruption Standards as a Guarantee of Civil Society Formation” within the Erasmus+ programme under ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH.

The lecture was delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, PhD in Law, Associate Professor D.S. Sichko, who welcomed the participants and, as a deputy of the Mykolaiv City Council, spoke about the anti-corruption principles of the council’s activities, notable examples of cooperation with Denmark in this area, and new approaches to personnel policy.

The event was attended by first-year students from the Faculties of Law, Computer Science, Economics, Political Science, as well as the Educational and Scientific Institute of Postgraduate Education – a total of 101 participants, some of whom joined online via ZOOM.

At the beginning of the meeting, the lecturer, PhD in Law, Associate Professor O.V. Valetskaya, presented the programme of the elective course and outlined its thematic focus.

The topic of the first lecture was “Basic Theoretical and Legal Approaches to Understanding the Concept of Corruption as a Transnational Problem.” The lecture addressed the following issues:

• the concept of corruption and methods of combating it in international and European acts;
• the development of anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine in the modern period;
• the concept, features, types, and causes of corruption in Ukraine.
