Postgraduate study


Postgraduate study is a scientific-educational structure of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University and represents a post-graduate education aimed at preparing doctors of philosophy / doctors of sciences. Beginning in 1998, graduate students are trained on a government orderbasis. Annually up to 20 people enter the university postgraduate studies.

Preparation for graduate school is carried out at the expense of:

  • funds of the State Budget of Ukraine;
  • funds of legal entities and individuals – on terms of the contract.

Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University conducts a set of postgraduate studies in the following specialties:

052 Political science

054 Sociology

076 Entrepreneurship, trade and stock-taking activities

091 Biology

101 Ecology

122 Computer Science

123 Computer Engineering

281 Public administration and administration

 

List of documents submitted for admission to postgraduate study:

Required:

  • Application form.
  • Personal Fact Sheet.
  • A copy of the diploma of higher education and a copy of the appendix to the diploma.
  • 4 color photos 3×4 cm in size.
  • Copy of the passport (1 page, 2 pages and the registration page of the place of residence).
  • ID number.

Note: application forms in the post-graduate course department, autobiography and personal papers are in the personnel department; Entrants fill them in person at the filing of documents.

If available, the following documents are submitted:

  • Recommendation of Academic Council or DEC.
  • List of published works (in the presence of publications).

Documents are accepted in a plastic folder with a complete package of documents and signed by a planned scientific application form.

Admission of the documents to the graduate school is from 1 to 31 August.

Examinations in the specialty, English, are taken by inmates in September.

Entry and start of classes: October.

The term of study is four years.

Preparation in postgraduate study for state budget funds is carried out according to the forms of study – full-time (daytime, evening). A postgraduate student can apply for a part-time form of training on a contractual basis for positive results of entrance exams.
