International department - Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University


Such international initiatives as Visegrad Fund project, Tempus Cabriolet project, and Jean Monnet program encourage the young scientists to adopt the best European scholarly innovations and to share experience.


The process of entrancefor foreigners to study in Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University is based on:

  • International agreements with Ukrainian partners;
  • National programs;
  • Contracts signed with natural and legal personsby the University.

Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University pays huge attention to the development and intensification of international relations. The plans of university development are adopted in order to respond to changes in the system of educational process in Ukraine and Europe and worldwide tendencies. Among the most perspective projects there are the opening of the Institute in Tbilisi as a part of structural part of PMBSNU and the creation of the Confucius University within PMBSNU in cooperation with our Chinese colleagues.


Short-term student programs

Deadline depends on particular program. Every state announces specific deadline and application requirements.

Mainly, English is the program working language. However, some programs demand the knowledge of national language of a country, where a program is implemented.
