Head of the Department of the Jean Monnet`s program at the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. Research interests: State Euro-integrated policy of Ukraine, European integration, social standards of EU, mass media and civil society, public administration.
Dmytro V. Sai – the Senior Lecturerat the Department, PhD in Pedagogical Science. He was awarded for the voluntary activity from Sheikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa (Bahrain) and NGO “Good Work Society” (Bahrain). He studied at Tufts University (USA), where he obtained a master’s degree in the specialty “Development of Children” and in the specialization “Children with special needs”. Research interests: orphaned children, children with special needs, moral values, voluntary activity, non-formal education.
