An honorable guest of the holiday was the Head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Olexii Savchenko. He proclaimed a minute of silence to honor those Heroes, who gave their lives for peace in our country.

Oleksii Yuriiovych noted that the learning process always inspires and people are growing while getting education.

First-year students Marharyta Zadorozhko and Yevhen Zakharenkov solemnly laid flowers to the monument to the cultural and educational figure – Petro Mohyla, whose name our university holds. In addition, Leonid Klymenko gave a symbolic student card, which they received with the announcement of the first-year’s oath.

Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Victoria Moskalenko, City Mayor Oleksandr Sinevych, People’s Deputy Taras Kremin, Vice-Governor Vitalii Kondratov also accepted invitations and visited the holiday as the honorable guests.
