At Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University on 3 October, Masters’ of State Management got their Diplomas at the Academic Board Room of the University.
Oleksandr Trunov, the first vice-principal of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, and Volodymyr Behlytsia, vice principle on scientific work, addressed the graduating students with congratulations.
Oleksandr Mykolaiovych wished all the graduates success and inspiration in work and a desire never to stop before obstacles. Volodymyr Petrovych advised future public servants to work for the welfare of Ukraine.
It’s worth mentioning that the biggest part of graduates is young people who have not turned thirty yet. That’s they, who are going to build public service in Ukraine according to new European standards. And all the knowledge received at the Institute of State Management will help them in it.
