Teaching disciplines in English for students of specialty “Finance and Credit with the knowledge of English,” “Mathematics for economists,” “Higher Mathematics,” “Probability Theory,” “Economic and mathematic modeling: Optimization methods and models”.  And her scientific interests include: transport logistics, optimization of economic processes, and shipping.

Tetiana M. Fertikova – Acting Head of the Department, Ph.D. (Candidate of Economic Science). Scientific interests: theory of welfare, institutional factors of economic development, and history of economic thought.

Boris P. Kuzmenko – Associate Professor, Ph.D. (Candidate of Economic Science). Scientific interests: economy of alternative energy sources and the theory of land ownership.

Elena O. Lyakhovets – Ph.D. (Candidate of Economic Science), Associate Professor. Teaching disciplines in English for the students of specialty “Finance and Credit with the knowledge of English”. Scientific interests: institutional problems of the national economy development.

Viktoriia A. Palekhova – Associate Professor. Scientific interests: economic education and macroeconomic theories.

 Irina V. Pryadko – Acting Senior Lecturer. Scientific interests: the development of innovative activity of Black Sea region industrial sector in Ukraine.

Olexandr B. Kuz’menko – Head of the Department, Doctor of Economic Sciences (D.Sc.), Professor. Scientific interests: resource – efficient activity of agricultural enterprises and regional economics.

Liubov S. Mel’nychuk – Vice-head of the Department, Ph.D. (Candidate of Economic Science), assistant Professor. Scientific interests: economic management of enterprises, social responsibility, work motivation, stock activity and marketing researches.

Neonila V. Mitskevich – Vice-dean of Economic Science Faculty, Ph.D. (Candidate of Economic Science), associate professor. Scientific interest: management of social development of the staff.

Iryna M. Semenchuk – Ph.D. (Candidate of Economic Science), Associate Professor of the Department. Scientific interests: fundamental, theoretical and science-practical problems of economic development of Ukraine efficient forces.

Iryna G. Yianenkova – Doctor of Economic Sciences (D.Sc.), Professor. Scientific interests: economics and organization of innovative activity, economics of enterprise, innovative development of enterprise (region, country), and management of quality, science researches methodology.  The cognominal disciplines are taught in English and Ukrainian.

Lyudmyla A. Yevchuk – Professor, Doctor of Economic Sciences (D.Sc.). Research interests: behavioral economics, personal finance, financial risk management.

Tetyana A. Konyeva Deputy Head of the Department, Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Associate Professor. Actively involved in scientific work with students. Research interests: development and implementation of financing policy of a company.

Svitlana M. Lushko – Lecturer of the Department. Research interests: debt policy, budgeting, public financial management, and tax management.

Olena B. Filimonova – Assistant Professor, Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences). PP DAAD “Support for Democracy in Ukraine” listened to some English courses from leading European scientists at Saarland University in Saarbrucken, Germany. Research interests: bank loans, credit risk, credit of agricultural companies, project financing, and financial support for local development.

Kateryna P. Chernenok – Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), PP DAAD “Support for Democracy in Ukraine” at Saarland University in Saarbrucken, Germany; PP Europäische Akademie Otzenhausen, Luxembourg. Research interests: pension system and social funding.

Konstantin L. Netudyhata– Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences). Research interests: financial support for innovative development of Ukraine’s economy, the evolution of national innovation systems, and the transformation of the financial market in the context of globalization. Editorial board member of “Scientific Papers” (Scientific methodical journal, issue: Economics).

 

Department of Professional English Education

Natalya P. Babkova–Pylypenko – Ph.D. in Pedagogics (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences), Associate Professor, Head of the Department, Visit Professor, Schiller International University, Heidelberg, Germany. Research interests: Management and monitoring the quality of professional higher education in Ukraine – the issues of innovative activity of universities and university-enterprise. Articles and scientific works: From 2000 to 2016 – forty three research articles on higher education at Ukrainian and foreign journals.

Olga V. Khmyzova – Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Associate Professor of the Department of Professional English Education, Vice-head of the Department of Professional English Education. The Head of the Scientific Laboratory, “Psychological and Pedagogical Research of Leadership” since 2010. Research interests: the methodology of English teaching, pedagogy and psychology of leadership.

Liubov S. Nikolaenko – Ph.D. in Philology (Candidate of Philological Sciences), Associate Professor of the Department from September 2014 until October 2016. Research interests: contrastive typology and ethno linguistics.

Gennadiy S. Dimant – Senior Lecturer. Scientific interests: professional teaching of English for future economists as well as for the students of Medical Institute.

Svitlana E. Kasiiants – Senior Lecturer of the Department and provides guidance toward student research work. Scientific interest: formation future economists’ self-educational competence in the process of their professional training.

Evgeniya G. Postykina – Lecturer.  In 2014, she passed training course in “Business English. Public Speaking” at Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic. Scientific interest: coaching and mentoring in the professional education process.

Veronika D. Korovina – Lecturer. In 2014, she graduated from Economic Science Faculty, BSSU (since 2016 – BSNU). After studying at Wisconsin University for 8 months she transferred to Schiller International University, Heidelberg, Germany (MBA). In July 2016 she successfully graduated from Schiller International University, Heidelberg and joined Ph.D. program at Roehampton University (UK). Research interest: ways of improving teaching methods of professional courses based on the experience of European universities (Schiller International University, Germany).

Anna R. Mkrtchian – Lecturer, Supporting Assistant of the Department of Professional English Education. Scientific interest: ways of increasing the students’ motivation to English learning.

Iryna V. Krikunova – Lecturer of the Department of English Education. Scientific interests: professional English teaching, improving of running business, and new methods of teaching English for economists.

 

Department of Accounting and Auditing

Yuriy V. Velykyi – Doctor of Economic Sciences (D.Sc.), Professor, currently works as the Acting Head of the Department. Research interests: state financial control, organization of accounting, and managerial accounting in innovation-intensive industrial companies.

Svitlana M. Belinska – Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Associate Professor, also holds a position of the deputy head of the accounting and audit department. Research interests: accounting issues of land relations, organization of accounting, and financial planning. She has published more than 20 scientific articles and textbooks by subject area.

Liudmyla V. Antonova – Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration (D.Sc.), Professor. She is engaged in scientific and research work.

Viktoriia V. Belikova – Senior Lecturer of Accounting and Audit department. Scientific interests: accounting of inventories and automatization of accounting and analysis.

Svitlana A. Burlan − Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Professor. Head of scientific training, TACIS program, in Germany at Magdeburg Technical University (1986-1987). In 1994, she obtained the auditor certificate of Ukraine (due to the decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine). Since 1994 she has been the head of “Audit-Inform-Finex” auditing firm and a member of Ukrainian Union of Auditors. Research interests: managerial accounting, budgeting, audit of financial reports, and financial strategy development of an enterprise. She also has published more than 50 scientific and methodological papers.

Oleksandr Y. Verlanov – Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Associate Professor.  Research interests: assessment of the financial condition of the industrial enterprises and problems of regions.

Tetyana V. Kravchenko − Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Associate Professor. Research interests: economic analysis for pharmaceutical enterprises and problems of international transactions. She has published more than 10 scientific and methodological papers.

Tetyana O. Kryuchkovska − Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Senior Lecturer. Research interests: auditing of financial reports, methodology, methods and practice.

Nataliia O. Rudenko – Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), Assistant Professor. Scientific interests: accounting in public institutions, international standards of accounting and audit, and accounting in banks. Has more than 15 scientific works on specialty in Ukrainian and foreign publications.

Yuliia O. Lyzlova – Senior Specialist of Audit and Accounting Department.

 

Land Management Department

Valery V. Horlachuk Head of Department, Doctor of Economic Science, Professor. Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine. Research interests: the land market and land management.

Olena V. Lazareva – Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences), studied at the international level. Research interest: management issues of land using at regional level.

Olga V. Anysenko – Senior Lecturer. Research interests: the risk of a secure farm landing terms of market land relations and geodesy development in the globalization era.

Ruslan N. Skupskiy – Professor, Doctor of Economic Sciences (D.Sc.), Docent. Research interests: problems of regional economy, and investment and innovative development of the agro-food sector.

Tetyana O. Chychkalyuk – Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Economics (Candidate of Economic Sciences). Research interests: tourism, recreation, nature reserve fund.

Organizing committee of the 1st International Workshop on Information-Communication Technologies & Embedded Systems (ICT&ES-2019) is honored to announce that the event will be held on 14-15 of November, 2019 at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.

Olbian Forum – 2018
